Eventually I realized that I was waiting for a magical day of enlightenment. A big bang when everything would change and my problems would disappear. The only problem was that that day didn't seem to be arriving.
I eventually learned to focus on the small changes in my life.
Changes that I could make here and now.
Changes that I could make myself.
Changes that rewarded my efforts immediately.
I was relieved and exhilarated to find that I didn't have to wait for enlightenment. As the saying goes: Don't bother God with things that you can do for yourself.
At Next Small Step I want to share these small changes with you and to show you how you can make them too.
It is true that a journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step.
It is true that a journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step.
Next Small Step invites you to drop the burden of a thousand mile journey as well.
Focus on the present.
Focus on the small things that know you can change right now.
Inch by inch, life is a cinch, Yard by yard its very very hard.
